Terms and Conditions for Estimating services for construction.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service:
MSB Estimating LLC provides professional services including Construction Estimating, Material Takeoffs, Cost Estimates, Proposals, Architectural Services, and 2D & 3D Elevation Plans for clients in the USA and Canada.
50% upfront payment is required after quote approval. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Payment methods include Debit Card, Credit Card, ACH & PayPal.
Refund requests are accepted within 3 hours of project delivery. No refunds will be issued after this period.
Standard delivery time is 2–3 business days.
Free revisions are included within the original project scope.
All client information remains strictly confidential and secure.
All exchanged information remains confidential during and after project completion.
Estimates are for budgeting purposes only. Final costs may vary.
MSB Estimating LLC provides consulting services only and does not offer insurance.
All deliverables remain company property until full payment.
These terms are governed by international law.
Terms may be updated without prior notice.
